What’s Included

Open Door Policy

One key to our kitchen will be given to each registered vendor. Vendors are welcome to come and go from the commissary kitchen as needed. However, to maintain security and accountability, the doors to the kitchen remain locked outside of our usual business hours of 9am-2pm.

Personal Space

Each vendor will be given a dry goods space and refrigeration/freezer space. Please be respectful of each vendor’s personal inventory. We have designated shelves in the washroom and a rack in the middle room for sharable items, clearly marked as "Shop – to share." We believe in creating a supportive and collaborative environment.

Scheduling

Most of our vendors have been approved to work certain days/hours and others are still finalizing plans. We ask all our vendors to submit work hours request for approval so we can ensure proper spacing. There is a shop calendar adjacent to Lee Bogle’s (owner of Southern Sideboard) desk.
